Return any damaged or defective non-personalized item within 10 days of purchase and we will refund your merchandise price or credit your charge card. Please note that we do not refund or except returns for items delayed due to shipping. We only except returns for damaged products. All other sales are final.

Shipping Information

When placing an order that requires a certain receipt date, please contact us via email at Info@Treschicpooch.com This will ensure your order reaches you in time. You can do this by clicking the Contact Us button or emailing us at info@TresChicPooch.com Please let us know by giving us your Order Number/Name and typing rush order in your email message and a customer service representative will call you back to follow up on all details about your order. If you do not notify us in writing, via email that your order is a rush order, we are not responsible for items received late.

 

There is a fee for rush or same day orders. Please consult with your customer service representative for this information by calling or emailing us.  Please note that with most personalized orders it takes at least 2-3 weeks to monogram and ship.

All packages will be charged for shipping and handling, unless otherwise noted. This includes back orders.

1. Our standard shipping is UPS Ground. If you require special shipping, please specify at the time of your order. Next Day, 2nd Day, 3-Day Select, and Saturday Delivery is available at an additional charge.
